Updates

Our new premises on Foxes Bow is just amazing.

In the past couple of months our coordinator has gone to south afraica with the atlantic philantropists working group that she is part of and done some research there that might be helpful to us here in Ireland. She may be holding a south african information night soon.

Our Youth Worker has left us to go to a new and extremely challenging job in Athlone with the Atlantic Philantropists, which involves the setting up of new LGBTQ centres in areas that do not have them, but need them.

A bowling night as thank you to the volunteers with send of drinks for the youth worker was organised by the administrator and coordinator. The night was fun for all.

Rainbow Support Services held an open day which was very successful and had lots of new people walk in through our doors and find out about us.

Ms Gay Limerick will now to taking place at Riddlers Friday 18th June during the PINK weekend more details with follow in the next few weeks.  Interested contestants to contact Vanessa on 061 310101 during office hours no entry fee is needed.

Board of Management Training was sought and gotten, and most board members have attended on a regular basis and are almost finished their training.

Two new individuals joined our board of management, and we're very glad to have them.

Our Chairperson Ms. Bridgina Molloy is stepping down due to health reasons, and our PR person Mr. Conor O'Donnell has stepped down as he is off to America in the next couple of weeks.

We are still looking for individuals to come on the Board of Management.
