Okay we're back in action after the Yule Break, (open since early Jan), but I thought I'd remind you of what's goiing on in case you might want to participate or know of someone that would like to come along wither they need support or not.

Rainbow Support Services also has an OUT REACH programe which means if you live outside of limerick city and can't get in for one reason or another, either you can't drive, or are disabled, or not out but want to talk to someone, that a member of staff will be willing to meet up with you and chat in usually an non - alcoholic venue then you can ring and request this. We have a helpline that operates from our switchboard room, this is operational 9 - 5 from the office mon - thurs, 9 - 4 on a friday, and specifically on Tuesday Nights 7.30 - 9.00 from 061-310101

If you are in need of counciling and don't know who to talk to, Rainbow Support Services can put you in touch with Counselors who are either Gay or Gay Freindly. If you need this service call us @ 061-310101 and we would be willing to help set you up.

Lunch Hour is between 1.00 and 2.00 in the afternoon.

If you cannot reach someone on this number during the day or in the evening, please don't dispair, or be upset, this means that you've either rang during lunch, or everyone is on a call, or they've gone out on an outreach.

If you call up to the office and the door is locked the same reasoning should apply. (also, sometimes the door is closed to keep the drafts and cold out, our Admin is on her 3rd cold since November, so just knock).

Also I should mention, that we are an information contact point as well, which is why we ask all venues in Limerick, Gay, LGBTQ and Gay Freindly to contact us with details of any upcoming events, such as the VeryAngryGirls preforming at Curious - Limerick Ladies Night @ Riddlers or the Club Launch Night in Cocoon, or La Boutiques date card, as well as confessions (Madonna, when is confessions back? We've had a few calls from some fans of it), or hill walking, or cycling, or the running club that has been mentioned here.

We can also help find you solicitors, doctors, and of course, Rainbow Retreats, who I can personally vouch for when you want a good deal, and personal service, who are located at 26 catherine street. THO WE AREN'T A DATING SERVICE.
